Chef Greg has almost 22 years experience working in the Culinary world.

 He has spent most of his career working in large venue, mass production kitchens serving up food to the masses.

Local, hand cut, fresh prepared, from scratch, and in-house are terms you can have in your large kitchen.

Using standardized recipes, or want them in your operation, ok!, Chef Greg has had extensive experience working with Compass Group, Aramark, Sodexo, and Darden Infrastructure OS.
